Return Policy

All sales are final. 

Damage Packages

All sales are final. However, we kindly allow exchange or replacements for select items, damaged by the delivery carrier.  Customers must email us at Support@dianalynnproductions.com within 48hrs of delivery, including a brief description of how the item was received, receipt or proof of purchase, and pictures of damage supporting your claim. Once your claim is reviewed, a team member will email you with return instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Diana Lynn Productions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed by a carrier as delivered to the address entered for an order. If you suspect that your package is lost or stolen we encourage you to email us at Support@dianalynnproductions.com include in the subject line "Where is my package?", provide receipt or proof of purchase. Upon inquiry, Diana Lynn Productions will confirm the following: delivery of address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to further investigate.
